The 'Sleep eClinic' has been set up to guide you through sleep related issues wherever you live.
The 'Sleep eClinic' provides professional information and guidance specifically tailored for you and your child.
It is given to you via emails. Naturally, there will be no hands on measurements and assessment taken, therefore, this service requires that you have had your baby recently checked by your doctor who is satisfied with their general health.
It takes three weeks for a habit to change therefore these emails are open for three weeks at the low cost of $57
If you have a baby with a sleep issue it is recommended that you purchase the 'Putting them to Sleep' audio CD or eBook before using the eClinic facility. This information will give you valuable insight into the complex world of infant sleep which may help you to solve your own issues.
The procedure for the 'Sleep eClinic' is as follows:
1. Send an email to settle@settlepetal.com with 'Sleep eClinic' in the Subject line.
In the email include parents names, address and phone number; your child's name, date of birth and if they have siblings.
Outline your child's sleep issue and information that you feel is relevant as well as their typical day and night pattern. An example of relavent information may include moving house, starting daycare, illness, returning from holidays or anything you can think of along these lines.
2. After receiving your email, you will receive a reply email from me requesting any further information that will help me to answer your enquiry. This reply will have an electronic invoice attached for payment.
3. Once your payment is received I will send you another email with specific information that will address your issue.
4. Further emails can be sent for three weeks if required.
5. A discharge email finalises your eClinic service with the opportunity to ask any final questions.
The 'Sleep eClinic' has come about because of the many questions that I receive via email or phone from families unable to see me in person.
