During a 'Sleep Package' we talk and assess your individual situation together and formulate ideas to get more sleep. Together we work out a plan for you to follow.

I can coordinate the visit at your baby’s sleep time to go through the actual settling ideas together. The visit includes the 'mum & baby together we learn' for ongoing baby and toddler issues, a followup phone call plus four weeks of email access for follow on questions relating to the visit.
