Pumpkin (suitable from 17 weeks)
1 cup pumpkin (peeled and chopped)

1 tsp water

Method

1. Place in glass jug with lid on (I use a saucer)

2. Microwave on high 2 mins (or until soft)

3. Puree

4. Serve with a dash of infant formula or breast milk for desired consistency.
Tip: Freeze portion sizes in a covered container for later use.
