Groups are held Wednesdays at listed times and dates below:

IMPORTANT: Toddler topics are often repeated so you can bring a friend to leave your toddler with. They can play on equipment while your friend enjoys a coffee one week and you swap the following week or just bring Nanna to watch them and have a snack at Goodlife cafe together after the group.
