In 1989, after the death of my young child, I kept a journal exposing and off loading my deepest emotions of grief.

At the time, I was 28 years old, happily married and living in a new home with two beautiful, healthy, young children. The pain of grief pierced my heart and I wanted to die too.

I experienced the absolute lowest point in my life.

It was suggested that I keep a journal of my feelings and emotions. I did this and little did I know then that it was going to be a significant part of my healing. For this reason, I have published my journal entries to give hope to those who are grieving the death of their baby or child.
