As a Midwife, Early Childhood Nurse and Mother I have discovered many strategies that if done confidently, will not only change your baby's life but will change your whole family's life in a relatively short space of time.

The 'Putting them to Sleep' Shring Group is designed for parents who want to know more about the sleep habits and patterns of babies and young children.

Where: At a venue of your choice or at Hush Mother and Baby store, 87 Burnett St, Buderim

When: At a time that suits your group or on a designated Thursday 11.30-12.30 at HUSH

Why: To help a baby or toddler sleep well? When they do, it enables them to be a healthy and alert individual who encourages better functioning family units.
