During a Sleep or Behaviour Package we professionally assess, observe and discuss your individual situation and together formulate ideas and strategies that will help.
Together we work out an appropriate plan for you to follow. If appropriate, we can coordinate the visit at your baby’s sleep time and go through the actual settling process together.
The visit includes a follow-up phone call plus three weeks of email / SMS access for any questions relating to the visit. Answers provide reassurance to your parenting concerns, which brings confidence in decision making and calmness in the home. After your three weeks of follow-on email support you have the option of continuing contact for another month.
The visit is normally around 1 1/2 hours, $50 / half hour fee for time spent after this time.
The payment at the time of your order is a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $25, the remaining amount is paid at the time of your consult.

When making your booking, you can leave a ‘note’ in the field provided with your baby’s age, and a quick roundup of the problem; for example waking overnight or unsettled through the day.
