Your session or product orders will be confirmed by return email. All product orders will be processed and shipped within 3 working days and you should expect arrival within 1-2 weeks in Australia. Longer if overseas.
If after attending any of our Parenting Sessions, or you have had a visit from us or used our products and feel you have received no benefit in any way, we will refund your money.
Products must be returned as new with the purchase docket, in the same packaging before any refund is forwarded.
If you would like a refund on a Session or Service, we would appreciate a written reason for your dissatisfaction of our service prior to a refund being forwarded. This information will then help us to continue to build a Service that is satisfying the needs of our clients.
